   Hi! I'm Andrea Morales—a dedicated yoga instructor, meditation guide, and pranayama specialist in Miami. My journey in holistic wellness has been deeply fulfilling, allowing me to support others in finding balance, peace, and strength in their lives.​​

   My teaching blends modern movement with classical yogic traditions, weaving together breathwork, functional mobility, and subtle body awareness.

 

  With over a decade of experience and certifications in traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and advanced trainings in India and the Bahamas, I offer a grounded and intuitive approach to well-being.

   Private sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals—whether you're looking to deepen your practice, regulate your nervous system, recover from injury, or simply reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

Integrated Private Sessions:
