This coaching program includes in depth assessments which I will use to create a personalized, holistic wellness protocol for you. We will explore nutrition plans, hormone optimization, nervous system regulation, cyclical living and more. Together we will define your goals and create sustainable practices to reach them. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I help you create sustainable, long-term health through lifestyle improvements. I am passionate about ancestral nutrition and living in tune with nature and the sun. I love to help women learn about their infradian rhythm and optimize their hormones to feel powerful and confident in their body.
My training through the CHEK Institute has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of our energy systems, our physical body and the undeniable connection between the two. While working together, we will uncover the root of lingering struggles on both the physical and energetic level.
Our journey will begin with an in-depth assessment to help me understand your current lifestyle, your body, and your goals. With this information, I will guide you through a holistic wellness protocol that works best for your unique design and gives you the energy to live the life you dream of.
