**Opening Circle with Qigong**

We will begin our day under the rising sun with the gentle yet powerful practice of qigong led by Mallory. Cultivating the energy of both earth and sun, this practice will introduce you to the art of "working in." During this opening circle, we will  make connections with like minded souls wishing to share in a vision of renewal. We will get to know eachother and ground into our intentions for the day.
