During the workshop,  you will be guided through gentle and rejuvenating stretching that will help you connect with your body and breath.

You will learn powerful  and effective breathing techniques that will saturate your body with  oxygen. 

This breathwork has been shown to boost your immune system, increase energy, and increase your lung capacity.

Lastly, you will have  the opportunity to experience the invigorating benefits of a cold  plunge. The cold water immersion will increase blood flow, reduce  inflammation, and enhance your mood!

No prior breathwork or cold plunge experience is necessary.
