Growing with the Flow : Mallory from the Self Love Club will unravel the secrets of your monthly hormonal rollercoaster, so you can navigate it with confidence and grace.  You will discover practical and holistic techniques to balance your hormones naturally. Leave with an understanding of your mood swings and energy dips and learn how to go with your flow. 

Creative Journaling: After our enlightening discussions, it's time to get creative! Artist Nichole Rae will guide you in a mini practice and you will have the opportunity to personalize your own journal using a collection of art journaling supplies. This journal will become your trusted companion on your journey to hormonal balance, a place to track your cycle and integrate the practices and affirmations provided.
