🌬️ BREATHWORK

With the breath we can connect deeply to our physical and emotional body and move stagnation in both. Specialized breathing can be used as a tool to alter your chemistry and the state of your nervous system. The breathwork we will practice will help you reach a deep state of relaxation and create an alkaline, oxygen rich environment within.

No experience required – just an open mind and a willingness to explore. You will be guided through a breathwork journey and enjoy an extended relaxing savasana to finish.

We will gather and settle in at 6:15pm and class will begin promptly at 6:30pm.
