This workshop is open to all ladies over the age of 10.

No prior breathwork, boxing, or cold plunging experience necessary.

Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should consult a medical professional before trying breathwork.
