🌿 Meditate + Paint: Earth Day Edition

In honor of Earth Day, this month’s Meditate + Paint is a space to slow down, ground, and remember our intrinsic connection to the earth.

Not as something outside of us—but something we are a part of.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation led by Andrea Morales, designed to bring you back into your body and into the present moment. From there, you’ll move into a painting session guided by Celina Alvarez, where you’ll express whatever arises—emotion, imagery, or inspiration from the natural world.

In collaboration with Plantscape Miami, the space will be transformed with a lush, jungle-inspired atmosphere. Each guest will receive a take-home plant, along with a short, approachable guide from Dany (plant stylist and founder) on how to care for it—so your experience continues long after the night ends.
