Join us for the Self Love Club Women’s Circle on Sunday, March 23rd at Serenity Movement Studio. This monthly gathering offers a nurturing environment to connect with like-minded women, fostering new friendships and providing a safe space to share experiences and insights on womanhood.

We’ll begin with a gentle meditation and coherence breathwork session—a practice that balances the body’s biological oscillators and synchronizes our internal rhythms, promoting relaxation and well-being. This opening practice will help us set our intentions and settle our energy into the space. Following this, we’ll engage in heartfelt conversations, deepening our connections within the community.
