Coherence Breathwork involves rhythmic breathing patterns that help synchronize the nervous system, enhance emotional well-being, and create a deep sense of inner peace.

This powerful practice is perfect for aligning your energy with the shifting seasons and embracing the balance that the Equinox brings.

After the breathwork session, stay for the **Solar Surf Hang**, an adult play date under the sun, where we’ll continue the morning's celebration surfing in the waves and playing games on the sand.
