You’re invited to spend a serene spring evening in the flower fields—just for you. Step away from the noise, the lists, the rushing… and into a space where you can breathe, move, and simply be. Let this be your gentle reset—a time to reconnect with yourself in a setting full of beauty, peace, and supportive energy.
What to Expect:
5:00–6:30 PM — Breathwork & Cold Plunge with Self Love Club
Reset your nervous system and come home to your body with this powerful session. You’ll be guided through breathwork designed to ground, energize, and release stuck energy—followed by a cold plunge to awaken your senses, strengthen your inner resilience, and leave you feeling empowered and alive.
6:30–8:00 PM — Sunset Yoga & Sound Bath with Mary Slaton + Ryann Tillman
