We’ll open with a grounding circle to arrive, connect, and set intention for the experience ahead.

From there, we move into EFT tapping, helping you gently clear stored emotional weight and tap back into your inner wisdom and knowing. Then into breathwork, where you’ll actively move stagnant energy, open the body, and create space for clarity and flow.
